The Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Air Force Life-Cycle Management Center Business Enterprise Systems (AFLCMC) is responsible for maintenance and sustainment of the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS) Program. YSI provide publication, training, delivery, operation, maintenance, sustainment and release of IDECS AF Budget justification materials to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, The Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Air Force Life-Cycle Management Center Business Enterprise Systems (AFLCMC) is responsible for maintenance and sustainment of the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS) Program. We provide functional and technical capability for modernization and sustainment that includes tasks and activities: Program Management, Service Desk Support, Training Support, Maintenance and Concept Support (DISA Hosting Facility/GovCloud Environment) Systems Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (IA) Certification, System Maintenance and Sustainment, Software Release Management, Testing, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) agile software development (ASD) methodology House Office of Management and Budget and Congress.
