The Railroad Enforcement System (RES) is the mission critical application for USDOT – Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) database and case management tool that the Division relies on to effectively receive recommendations for enforcement actions from FRA’s Office of Railroad Safety (RRS), review and maintain a record of those recommendations, generate charging documents, and package those charging documents along with the reports from RRS into cases that are transmitted either in hard copy or electronically to the regulated entity that allegedly violated the law or regulations. Our team provide Operations, Enhancement and Maintenance support to make sure the system is up 24/7/365.
