YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician - Senior to support the AFOSI program at Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will provide Tier I & II support, handle troubleshooting, monitor systems, and resolve user-related technical issues.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I & II technical support for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Support end-users with basic user assistance, including login issues and access permissions.
  • Document and track technical support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain system integrity and security.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field OR equivalent certifications (GFACT, Security+).
  • 5 years of experience (Intermediate level) OR 2 years of experience (Junior level).
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and end-user support.
  • Location: Quantico, VA
