YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to support the AFOSI program at Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee project development, manage requirements, handle system integration, and provide technical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee software development projects from concept to deployment.
- Manage system requirements, integration, and technical design solutions.
- Develop and maintain software applications using SharePoint, Python, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, C++, and ASP.NET.
- Perform equipment tracking and manage hardware/software warranty maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and government regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in IT or related field OR equivalent certifications (GCLD, GSEC, CSSLP).
- 8 years of experience in software engineering, system integration, and technical design.
- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint, Python, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, C++, ASP.NET.
- Ability to manage hardware/software warranty maintenance and equipment tracking.
- Location: Quantico, VA (onsite, no remote work allowed)
