YSI is looking for Technical Support Analyst 4. Seeking a support analyst to assist agency personnel in their interaction with the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA).
The successful candidate will:
- Assist agency personnel in problem resolution by ensuring that VITA support tickets are routed correctly and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with researching and communicating technical information between the agency personnel and the VITA resources working the problem tickets.
- Assist with escalating highly impactful tickets with the VITA help desk.
Typically, tickets will be related to issues with:
- User identity management
- End user devices such as PCs or printers
- Network issues at agency locations
Power BI skills are a plus.
